Dear Viewers,
“As long as you did it to the least of my brethren you did unto me”.(Mt: 25:40).Inspired by these words of Jesus, I got the strength to work for these mentally challenged children. By the grace of God I have been chosen as pioneer of Assisi Asha Niketan special school, Aurangabad. During these years I feel some satisfaction that I could do something for the betterment of these mentally challenged children in the society. I am grateful to my Provincials of Sacred Heart Province, Bishops, Priests, Sisters, benefactors and well wishers whose guidance and financial support helped me to make this institution relevant today.


Our main aim of starting this school is to rehabilitate these mentally challenged children and make them efficient in various skills including job oriented skills. We try our differently intellectual children to become independent and gain recognition in the society than sympathy or mercy. While in the service of mentally disabled students, however our well trained and experienced teaching and Non-teaching staff take pains in molding and shaping these students at school campus. Our special school gives training for the students those who are in the city and surrounding areas irrespective of caste and creed, religion and class.
